INNOVIZZ LLC
INNOVIZZ implements programming, review and platform workflows for biometrics teams. Agree who builds, who reviews and what your team receives, then inspect the work against that scope.

A Deliverable You Can Inspect
A useful QC record brings the inputs, discrepancy and review status together. Your team can see what needs investigation and what still prevents release.
The sample follows the same comparison shown in the Clinical walkthrough.
Follow the QC ComparisonInvestigation required before release
The comparison flags a difference; the reviewer establishes its cause and records the decision.
AMICA / Our Implementation Framework
For AI and automation work, we use AMICA to examine the systems, evidence and people the work depends on. Together, we agree what is ready, what needs attention and how the result will be reviewed.
From Assessment to a Working Brief
An agreed assessment defines the proposed scope, gaps to address, review roles and acceptance criteria. Its depth and deliverables are agreed before it begins.
Will it fit the study environment?
Map data, interfaces and access controls. Agree the testing and validation evidence required for the intended use.
What should improve?
Establish the baseline for review effort, rework or delivery time. Agree how the result will be measured and accepted.
Who needs to be involved?
Identify the relevant biometrics, Data Management, IT and QA contributors. Name the owners and reviewers who make each decision.
How will changes be managed?
Plan operating checks, support and change control so the team knows how to assess the next release.
Can your team operate it?
Choose a solution that fits your platforms, skills and budget. Plan training and handover with the people who will use it.
Five considerations throughout the engagement. The delivery cycle below shows how the work progresses.
The INNOVIZZ Point of View
We work with your team to define the problem, implement a defined solution and review the result. You receive the agreed source or configuration, operating guidance and review evidence. Ownership and support terms are recorded in the scope.
Small Increments. Reviewed Releases.
Learning informs the next iteration. Release follows the agreed review and change-control process.
How the Practice Works
A scope record identifies the task, inputs, systems, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Confirm delivery capacity, timing and fees before commissioning work.
Review the agreed test results, discrepancies, decisions and open items with your designated owners. Release follows your approval process.
Receive the agreed source or configuration, operating instructions and training. Record dependencies, support arrangements and ownership in the delivery documents.
Clinical context
CDISC SDTM and ADaM, Define-XML, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and ICH E6(R3).
These references describe the context of the work. Their applicability and the required controls are assessed for each engagement; this is not a claim of certification.
INNOVIZZ
The Working Brief
Agree the inputs, responsibilities and acceptance criteria for your selected scope.
The NDA, services agreement and statement of work define confidentiality, responsibilities and ownership. Identify client-owned work, existing INNOVIZZ methods, third-party dependencies and any ongoing charges.
Confirm the senior lead, specialist support, available capacity and review responsibilities before signing. The engagement is sized around the work and the people needed to deliver it.
INNOVIZZ supplies the agreed implementation and review evidence. Your authorized team accepts deliverables and releases them under its procedures. The sponsor retains submission responsibility.
Discuss the data-flow diagram, security questionnaire, validation approach and applicable control mapping. Confirm available contracting, insurance and supplier documents during due diligence.
Establish applicable standards, versions and regulatory requirements for the intended use with your QA team. References to CDISC, GAMP or electronic-record requirements do not imply certification or regulatory acceptance.
