1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. We use the word "cookies" for all of them here.
2. The cookies this site uses
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work and to remember your consent choice. These do not need consent. Examples: the consent-management cookie that records whether you accepted or declined other cookies, and session cookies used by the hosting platform for security.
Analytics. Set only after you accept them. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to recognize returning browsers and measure which pages are read, for up to two years from your last visit. We have IP anonymization enabled and we do not use analytics data for advertising. Our CRM provider, HubSpot, sets cookies such as hubspotutk, __hstc and __hssc in the same category, after you accept, to recognize a returning browser and connect a form you submit to the visit, for up to six months.
Functional. Set only when you use a feature that needs them. The scheduling widget and the site assistant may set cookies or local storage to keep your place in a booking or a conversation. A local storage entry named innovizz_optin_v1 records that you have seen the one-page offer so it is not shown again for 90 days; it holds a timestamp and nothing else.
Advertising. None. This site does not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers.
3. Your choices
The consent banner shown on your first visit lets you accept all, reject all, or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary features may then stop working. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of non-essential cookies.
4. Third parties
Analytics cookies are set by Google under Google's privacy policy. Scheduling cookies are set by our scheduling provider under its policy. CRM cookies are set by HubSpot under HubSpot's privacy policy. We do not control how those providers handle data on their own services.
5. Changes
We update this list when the cookies in use change. The date at the top reflects the last review.
