1. Who we are
INNOVIZZ LLC ("INNOVIZZ", "we", "us") operates innovizz.com. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact for anything in this policy: support@innovizz.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and inquiry details you enter in a form or send by email: name, company, work email, role, and the description of the problem or project you choose to share.
- Booking details when you schedule a call through our scheduling provider: name, email, chosen time, and any notes you add.
- Messages you type into the site assistant, if one is offered on the page you are viewing.
Information collected automatically, with your consent where consent is required:
- Usage analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and interaction events. Collected through Google Analytics via a tag manager, only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner.
- Server and security logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, request time, and the page requested, used to run and protect the site.
We do not ask for and do not want: health information, patient identifiers, study data, credentials to your systems, payment card numbers, or government identification numbers. Please do not put them in a form or an email. If you do, we delete them.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, scope a proposal, and schedule and hold the conversations you ask for.
- To run, secure, and improve the site, including understanding which pages are read and which are not.
- To keep records of our business dealings with you and your company, as any company does.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising on this site.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that process information on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions: website hosting and backup, analytics and tag management, consent management, appointment scheduling, transactional email delivery, the infrastructure behind the site assistant, and our business productivity and email suite. We share information with professional advisers (counsel, accountants) when needed, and with authorities when the law requires it. If INNOVIZZ is ever reorganized or sold, information may transfer to the successor under this same policy.
We do not share your information with other clients, data brokers, or advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
- Inquiries, form submissions, and prospect correspondence: three years from our last contact with you, then deleted unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.
- Records of a commercial relationship (proposals accepted, contracts, invoices, correspondence about an engagement): five years after the engagement ends, or as long as applicable law requires.
- Site assistant transcripts: twelve months, then deleted.
- Analytics data: as configured in our analytics provider, up to fourteen months, then aggregated or deleted.
- Server logs: as kept by our hosting provider for security and operations, typically ninety days or less.
6. How we protect it
We use access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted storage with our providers, and the principle of collecting only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim certification against any security standard on this site. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law or contract.
- Stop sending you non-essential communications. Every marketing email, if we ever send one, carries an unsubscribe link.
Send requests to support@innovizz.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask for enough information to confirm it is you. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
California residents. INNOVIZZ does not currently meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that bring a business under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply its core rights anyway: the rights to know, to correct, to delete, and to non-discrimination described above, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as an opt-out of any sale or sharing, of which we do none.
Visitors outside the United States. The site is operated from the United States and your information is processed there. Where your local law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for analytics, on the steps needed to respond to your request for the inquiry and booking data, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site for logs.
8. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are covered in the Cookie Policy below. The consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change that choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and the people who work in them. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Links to other sites
We link to third-party resources, including regulators and standards bodies. Their privacy practices are their own.
11. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page for at least thirty days.
