Who Is This For?

Best Fit
Businesses whose CRM, ERP or accounting workflow needs a tailored connection.

What to Expect
An agreed design, a build in fixed stages and checks your team uses before signing off.

Connect the agreed CRM, ERP or accounting workflow when standard features do not meet the need. Assess feasibility first; scope any required discovery separately before deciding on a build.
Check the result before expanding
Record handling time, volume and rework before the build. Agree the checks with the person who runs the task, test routine work and exceptions, and train the team. Review the results together before adding another workflow.

Ownership & commercial fit

Know what you keep.
Know what you are committing to.

Your environment and assets
Bespoke implementation uses the agreed office suite, CRM, accounting and cloud accounts. Confirm the code, configuration, operating instructions and measurements included in your handover. Record access, ownership, hosting and support in the statement of work.
Implementation and subscription are different engagements
Separate implementation fees from third-party licenses, usage and ongoing support. The Secure AI Assistant is a separately scoped monthly subscription; confirm hosting, retention, cancellation and export terms before signing.
Your internal owner
Choose someone who knows the task, can resolve exceptions and can approve changes. Include the people doing the work in testing and training; for invoice workflows, that may be your bookkeeper and payment approver.
Realistic fit and price
The practice is designed for businesses with 10 to 500 employees and recurring operational volume. Implementation fees depend on the selected scope and are agreed in a written statement of work before paid work begins. Each phase has its own written scope.
Who you are engaging
INNOVIZZ LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Before committing, confirm who will build the workflow, who in your business will approve it and who will handle support after handover.
